Paprika absolutely has flavor and smoked Paprika even more than the sweet. Tastes wonderful in this sauce. A little white wine and finely sauteed onions added to the cream make it even better. Thankyou for this wonderful receipe.

Made this for a Saturday evening dinner(I normally don’t cook on and let the three bottomless pits figure out what they want to eat). Yet I saw this and had to give it a shot and I loved it. I may try pulled pork next time.
