I add stew powder and potato , no other powders or garlic or sauces. It still tastes superfine.

Thanks so much for this. My beloved late nan Olga who was Goan always made these for me. I am now very interested in cooking Goan food myself. You make your cutlets just like my nan did and now I can also do it the same. My nan also made me potato chops with mince inside. I might try that next. Do you have a video on those? It is so nice to hear the Goan accent again. I was born in London, so I don't have it myself. x
