AMAZING recipe i know this will be sooo good. the mustard trick is universal btw, my grandma taught me to always rub your fish and meat with it when frying bc it also traps the moisture! chicken breast turns out sooo juicy

Trim that brown streak out of the fillets and that will do away with the muddy taste.
