Personally i hate stuff on the bottom of the burger instead of top. bottom bun, meat, cheese, lettice, onion, tomato, pickles, then top bun.

Ramsay is actually a pretty big advocate for simple eating. He just has high standards for other professional cooks, hes pretty chill if your a hobbyist or kid if you havent seen his kids chef show its like night and day difference.
