Chef Ange, another winner! Looks like I can make something close to that for dinner Sunday. I have the boneless skinless chicken, all those vege fresh from the Farmer's Market yesterday, and the pantry stuff. I will be leaving out the sausage, and boiling the potatoes…..we are watching calories……and no alcohol in our house. But I know with your seasoning mix and getting that color on, it will be hitting on all sixes. Cheers.
