Sunflower oil is really bad for the human body. Just use the non-inflamation oils; avoid, olive, etc…

I just saw this guy in another video earlier today. I went to a store and purchased bison to make his meatball recipe! Just arrived home, opened YouTube, and here he is again showing another great recipe! Great stuff!!!

The main thing I want here is how to make the chili crisp. I know there's all sorts of recipes out there but I've been bitten by bad recipes before.

So weird – about an hour before this was posted I made roasted sweet potatoes topped with chili crisp. I had never never done it before! So delicious.
