Did you know you can freeze your spinach right in the bag it came in? Especially if your planning to cook it in a casserole, crockpot, or any hot dish you are cooking. It’s not ok to freeze if you’re wanting it to be in a salad or a cold dish. Another hint when freezing is to handle it with care while in the freezer or when taking it out, as it breaks into little pieces easily. That’s if you want it to stay in whole leafs. 🌱🍃

Don’t throw away the extra onion/mushroom mixture. Put it in a freezer baggie or small freezer container and add it to something else you make. 💕🙏🙏
