That looks so good, Ma'am…I think I would've browned the potatoes a bit with some onions in the pan after you cooked the beef; then assembled the casserole as you did. Would make a nice Fall dish 🍂🍁 Thanks for sharing! 😁✌️🗽

Now I'm hungry. It probably would have good with cream of mushroom and French onion. I would have used the whole can of a soup I liked, in other words 😂. It looks so delicious. It wouldn't last in my house.
