First, pineapple on pizza isn't pizza. Please whatever ingredients you want together, just don't call it pizza!
B. The "pokey things" on the side of the box grater are for hard things like parmesan. If you have a lot of parmesan to grate, use that thing. Using the micro plane will take forever and changes the density of the final product.

If you're talking pans; comparisons with others like tri-ply (Cooks Standard, Tramontina, or All-Clad) or aluminum for heat distribution is rarely done despite testing being simple (flour browning, IR camera m or thermometer). Stainless can be seasoned so I don't want to see 'release' compared. If knives; compare to cp steels like HAP40.
