My vegan grandparents always cook for us when we come over. I don't dislike the food, yet it tastes to me that, respectfully, it's lacking something. This however, would be good with homemade hummus, and seems flavorful.

I’ve been adding hummus to stir frys, one pan meals, and noodles for a while now. It does add a great creamy quality to your dish. It’s easy too!
