My only issue with AI is that it takes away all the fun of learning and living barbecue. One thing I love about barbecue is sharing my war stories with others. As always, this is a very good video, and I am sure there are others who think AI is cool.

Love your videos. I live in an apartment so I have to wait untill the office is closed to use my small gas grill. Would love try some of your tips and recipes. Have you considered writing a bbq cookbook?

I saw this grill demoing at an event earlier this year. Was pretty neat and at least from reading the recipes I was able to generate, the recipes looked legit. I can see this tech having a place for people new to BBQ. At the very least, I hope it makes all those other grill brands update their apps. Won't name names, but I've experienced a couple of "smart" grills that could barely make a wifi connection work.
