I use a dehydrator. Never thought of using brisket, I use different types of meat, and my daughter used different mushrooms. I love jerky and make it for backpacking. Shabbat Shalom.

Thank you, for the step by step instructions. I also agree beef jerky is expensive. Could we place the beef jerky in a sealed bag taking out the extra air to make it last longer?🕊🕊🕊

Thank you I just had terrible beef jerky. Need to make it myself
