Tried this recipe and my dad said it’s the best bread he has had in his entire life. Better than store-bought. I am wondering if I can follow this recipe and divide into 8 instead of 2?

This recipe is great! I made it by hand and was kind of nervous at first… but it came out toasty from the outside and soft and pillowy from the inside. The flavor is good too…I will definitely make again. Thank you so much for this recipe.
