Made this tonight and it was pretty good. I’ll definitely make it again but I’ll increase the amounts of the ingredients next time.
I followed the amounts in the description box but now after seeing the video again, she uses larger quantities than the amounts written below.

Made this for dinner. I used chicken quarters. Deboned, cut up and marinated this morning. Delicious. My picky 15 year old twins loved it. I was hoping for leftovers for my lunch tomorrow but not one single piece left. This is my new favorite way to cook chicken. Thank you!!!

Only thing missing for a good jerk sauce is allspice. This looks really good. I'll be doing this soon. Thanks for the video.
