Dude – No reason to wrap on the FEC-100 unless you like making rib candy! Also buy the Cookshack Rib Rack, it works great and you won't get discoloration from your top ribs dripping on bottom racks. I leave every other space in the rib rack open for better air flow, and I get better results using the lower FEC-100 shelves, specifically the shelf right above the temperature probe is best. Smoke on!
