Thanks James for showing us these products. You likely know your exposure for your face was 2/3 to 1 F stop to hot and you should back up your facing lighting. The background looks great.

I have their Dumpster. Love direct heat BBQ. The versatility is outstanding, as you can also do some fantastic indirect smoking. Just made a killer chuck roast in June, and will be throwing a brisket on the pit this month. 

Lastly, not only do these guys make some of the best pits in the business, they also have amazing customer service.
