I put foil on a sheet pan for easy clean up. 15 min in a 400 degree oven. Cook the whole pack of bacon and save it in the fridge if there is any left over. Practically cooks itself. Don't have to flip it or mess with it

I put the whole slab fat side down and slowly let it fry. The straps will start separating and you just fry them an a lo/medium heat until they achieve doneness.
