ok, to clarify you don't need to be fancy.
here's a list of what you need
for those who aren't familiar with cooking frozen ground beef

pan.(nonstick pan is good)

knife or scissors

bowl or sink.(for defrost)

oven mittens or a dish towel

cooking utensils(big wooden spoon works best)

ok once you have everything
step 1 defrost.
you put clean water into a bowl or sink and add the frozen beef now you wait until it's melted

step two cook.
you take the beef out of its package with a knife or scissors.
then you put it into the nonstick pan then cook it on high heat or medium heat and stir it around until it's all cooked.
make sure there's no red meat.

step 3 drain.
ok now turn of the heat and use a dish towel or oven mitt and use it to tilt the pan to its side use the utensils move the beef up so that the beef will drain.
once oil starts building up you use a metal spoon and take out the oil
