I don&#039;t like sauce, I do greek style, lemon, oregano, little rosemary, lots of garlic.  4 hours but it&#039;s unattended and easy.  Less work than smoking, that takes 6 hours and don&#039;t like the super soft, soaked in sauce style.]]></description>
