My military housing in Germany had a built-in grill and was directly across from German civilian housing. They are a people who loves to take walks, and often walked through our housing. Sometimes they came just to watch us grill, and of course we had to invite them to have some, and of course we did not have enough to feed ourselves afterwards LOL. Anyway, it was a great way to make friends. Our military housing is now occupied by German civilians, and for some reason the grill is gone. BOOOOO. They are really missing out.
