I want to do a variety. 1) Moveable, on solid / big castors (to get around code and put on side yard), 2) No L, just straight. 3) Griddle, natural gas, 4) Counter top on one side of griddle, butcher block on the other (think carne, tacos). I think the biggest element is going to be to have something build the frame, since it will need to accommodate the griddle, cabinet doors, the castors, the counter top and butcher block. If you have any ideas, gotchas, etc. love to hear them.
