After 21 minutes, I was notified by my smoke alarm that the beets are done…waaaaaaay overdone. Just curious, is your oven an Easy-Bake by Hasbro? That cooking bulb inside may need replacement. The beets do however make nice decorative pebbles in my wife's garden.
