					<description><![CDATA[That ricotta salata cheese was impossible to find in my area.  Very frustrated. I view these wonderful recipes, and then usually make two trips to the grocery store, and then still find an ingredient that is not available.&lt;br&gt;I&#039;m not ordering a pound of semi soft cheese from Amazon for over $30 a pound for this. Feta is going to be the substitute. Otherwise, this does look really, really good.]]></description>

					<description><![CDATA[I made this dish and here are my notes:&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;I omitted the cheese and the watercress (I&#039;m lactose intolerant and my wife thought I&#039;d asked for water chestnuts, so now I need a recipe that uses water chestnuts).&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Even with these omissions, its a great side dish.  The Brussel sprouts are tamed by the vinaigrette and the apricots are a nice touch.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Will definitely make again (with watercress).]]></description>
