It's simple and delicious. I had to purchase all the ingredients unfortunately (even the ketchup) and it came in at around $30 dollars. Not bad considering this made a ton and will easily be plenty as an appetizer for a large get together. Also this can easily be adapted to other meals. There's no reason this can't be served on a tortilla as a taco or over rice a a summer evening light dish.
