There’s NO bread or eggs in the shrimp.

I prefer my own tarter sauce tho. Hellmans Mayo, lime juice, chipped onions or
(dried onion rehydrated in the lime juice) and a bit of parsley.

They were so easy and delicious, we’re adding them to “the rotation.” I doubled the pepper and replaced the green onions with just a bit of flat leaf parsley. Coming from a Maryland-born crab cake fanatic, these were truly excellent.
