15 minutes at 400F was not enough for mine, and they a bit thinner than yours. They were pretty raw, actaully, lol. Had to leave them on an additonal 20 minutes, for a total of 35 minutes to reach the desired temp.

Followed these instructions and my pork chops turned out great. The suggestion to broil just a few minutes before taking them out of the oven was perfect. Thank you!
