Brown sugar and cinnamon does not work for me. I had to add Old Bay just eat this dish. My only failure with a Cooks Country. A lot of money spent on seafood. Not a pleasant dish. I would omit the Brown Sugar and the Cinnamon. Pepper flakes maybe, a dry white wine instead of Sherry and very fresh seafood.
