As so many are these days. A very expensive recipe as, for me in the western desert, nearly every Freddie T except the Ox Tails would have to be specially ordered and, these days, ox tails, when I can even find them, run over $10/ lb.

This soup is OMG !!!!!!! ………… Also. Don’t throw away the fat !!! Which is tallow !!! Which is rich in minerals, vitamins and calcium !!! In this case, super FLAVOURFUL and AMAZING to use when cooking steamed rice and taros !!! ❤❤❤ (p.s.: I and my family and friends would keep all the cooked ginger and eat it with pleasure !!!) Thank you very much !!!

Why tf would you waste 30 dollars cooking oxtails in a slow cooker? Literally use any other beef. It'll taste like crock pot garbage regardless.
