These recipes look awesome- I made some for dinner. The way I made mine was I boiled them for about 5-7 minutes with water, butter, and salt. In a pan I sautéed onions and multi colored peppers. I added butter and a bit of vegeta it’s a spice. I drained the orzo and rinsed it with a little bit of cold water. Next I added it to the onion and pepper mixture and added a bit more butter- my husband loved it. I made tenderloin garlic Parmesan turkey slices on the side.😋

I accidentally put orzo in the rice cooker instead of rice, and it came out perfectly aldente on the white rice setting. It did stick together, but the sauce I was adding it too was rather liquidy ( not overly so, it wasn't exactly soup ) and it split right back up again. It turned out excellent, even if I thought I was using rice at the time.
