Maybe I should be a teacher at this school since this gentleman has no clue what he's doing !!!! You caramelize the apples 1st.. while they're caramelizing , THEN you make the batter.. THEN you pour the batter into the apples & put the entire thing into a pre-heated 425 degree oven for 15-20 mins. And do not use lemon zest. 🤣🤣🤣 And this is supposed to be a professional ? A friggen cold oven can take up to 25 mins just to preheat.. 🤣🤣🤣 What a jackoff. Go back to school & try a different career kid.. Cooking isn't the job for you.

Today we’re going to make the beloved German Pancake. But we’re going to add a little twist. We’re going to add several new superfluous ingredients, use twice the normal amount of eggs, and cook it in a completely opposite method, time and temperature scheme. Ready?

I tried this recipe and two issues popped up. 1. 6 eggs is too much, 3-4 should be sufficient. 2. I needed more time in the oven since the Dutch Baby only started to pop in the last 2 minutes of the end time. Other than that, a very good recipe.
