I always make my birthday cake. I level the layers, make a cream cheese frosting, apply the crumb coat (as neatly as I can). Chill it, then finish with the final layer of frosting. Thats where I really take my time to make it look as neat as I can. I always take my time with the crumb coat and final layer. I may not be a trained culinary chef with a degree. But knowing I can take my time with it is so worth it.

Despite going every week, I have not gotten a slice because we usually have dinner, go on a few rides then grab a treat that is easy to take home like a cookie. But I should get a slice of this just to see how it is (may not be as good as their famous churros!).
