You’re welcome!&lt;br&gt;1-2 lobster tails&lt;br&gt;1lb lump crab&lt;br&gt;1lb 21-25 raw tiger shrimp&lt;br&gt;8 oz Sharp cheddar cheese &lt;br&gt;8 oz Mozzarella cheese &lt;br&gt;8oz Pepper Jack cheese&lt;br&gt;8 oz Gruyère cheese&lt;br&gt;8oz White cheddar &lt;br&gt;Salted Butter &lt;br&gt;2 oz fresh garlic&lt;br&gt;2 oz sweet onion&lt;br&gt;2 pints half &#038; half &lt;br&gt;Fresh basil, parsley, oregano &lt;br&gt;Dry herbs &lt;br&gt;Salt &#038; pepper&lt;br&gt;Blackened or cajun seasoning &lt;br&gt;1lb elbow noodles or pasta noodles of your choice &lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;-drop lobster tail in boiling water &#038; add lemon&lt;br&gt;-dice cooked lobster &#038; set aside &lt;br&gt;-season uncooked tiger shrimp &#038; set aside &lt;br&gt;-leave lump crab as is &lt;br&gt;-Sauté 2 ounces of olive oil with 2 tablespoons butter - 30-60 seconds &lt;br&gt;-Add 2 tablespoons garlic &#038; 2 tablespoons onion, sauté for 2 minutes over medium flame &lt;br&gt;-Add a pinch of salt &#038; pepper&lt;br&gt;-Add 2 tablespoons of flour &#038; cook on low heat for 3 minutes &lt;br&gt;-Add 2 pints of half and half &#038; bring up a boil to thicken sauce &lt;br&gt;-Add 4oz Gruyère, pepper jack, mozzarella, sharp cheddar, &#038; white cheddar cheese &lt;br&gt;-Add fresh parsley, oregano, &#038; basil &lt;br&gt;-Let sauce thicken over low heat stirring occasionally. &lt;br&gt;-Turn off once all cheese has melted&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;-Add 1lb of half cooked pasta noodles (cooked 6 minutes &#038; shocked in ice water)&lt;br&gt;-Generously glaze glass pan with butter &lt;br&gt;-Add half the mac &#038; cheese to pan&lt;br&gt;-Add half of the lobster, shrimp, &#038; lump crab&lt;br&gt;-Top with second half of Mac &#038; cheese &lt;br&gt;-Layer remaining seafood &lt;br&gt;-Top with mixture of cheeses &#038; dry herbs &lt;br&gt;-Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes at 350 degrees &lt;br&gt;-Remove foil &#038; bake another 5 minutes &lt;br&gt;-Top with fresh parsley &lt;br&gt;-Top with parmesan (optional)]]></description>
