I made fried pork steaks about three weeks ago. I really wanted to smother them but I had trouble finding a good looking recipe so I had to settle for fried. They were delicious but I felt like I missed an opportunity to have them cooked both ways.

Now I am going back to the store for more pork chops or pork steaks whichever one I can find will do just fine. Your recipe looks delicious and simple 😋.
