Hey, so my boss asked me to cook some pork for her today and since I had never cooked pork before, I was kinda panicking and going through YouTube for recipes and that's how I found this one. Blindly followed this recipe and even before I tasted it, I knew it's gonna be awesome just by the looks of it. And fortunately, it came out really well. My boss and her husband liked it very much.
