Just did small brisket flat. Cooked to 180, then sousvide held at 180 for 13 hours too. Came out fantastic, impressed even for a 3.5 pound flat

AL, on one of your videos you mentioned how hard it was to source skinless, boneless turkey breast and that you finally found a supplier (Restaurant Depot). My location said they can’t get them for me. Do you have a product number or supplier they get them from? Any help is much appreciated!

Ate at Jays for years while stationed in Abilene. Only thing I miss about my time in the Air Force. About a week before I moved i reached out to them via Instagram and asked if they could do their brisket mac n cheese as the daily special one more time. Sure as hell they did it for me. Will never forget it and miss Jays. Thanks for all the good eats Jay!

I wouldn't mind coming back to Abilene. I grew up in the Home for Children there.
I remember when I was there the Bar-B-Que place was Turners BBQ.

So glad the algorithm sent me this video! I love the story telling about their lives and not just the bbq! I feel invested in their restaurant now having watched this. Thank you for sharing their story! I hope one day I can make a Texas bbq food crawl and end up in line there!
