Al, kudos on another great episode that proves the only thing better than Texas BBQ are the people who make it. Thanks to Wayne Mueller for sharing the depths of your soul. This is how BBQ stories should be, but Louie Mueller wouldn't be what it is without Fred Fontaine. This is the guy that a lot of the older people come back to talk about when Louie Mueller BBQ is talked about. He is the man who put it on the map. Wish i was alive to try his style. I just have the stories, which are just as good to give myself an imagination. Though this story was so interesting to watch , I would like to see more of this storytelling of big BBQ joints.
