Avrei passato i pezzettini tagliati ne ll 'uovo dopo e non prima di aver tagliato.
.In quel modo tutti i pezzi tagliati sono avolti dall uovo.
Mi sembrano troppi tuorli . Bastavano 2-3 uova intere sbattute prima .

I think I'd cut the chicken into cubes, then run them through the eggs for max egg coverage.
