So I fixed the "zucchini spaghetti" today. Omg it was so good. Thank god I have a new zucchini recipe! I dont know why it works this way, but practically burning the zucchini makes it so sweet. What a quick, easy, cheap recipe.

I just have to say as someone who is gluten intolerant (ugh). Gluten free pasta (or other gf stuff) is not “healthier”. And gf products often have more carbs/less fiber which is not ideal! Regular pasta is just fine if you don’t have a gluten issue!
