Excellent! Very well explained with video along with comments. Pace is perfect to learn the recipe. Excellent camera work.
I’ve not tried this recipe before — in fact, I’ve not tried cooking mackerel for more 2or 3 times. But this looks very attractive — maybe an 8 or 9 out of 10.
