cook for about 1 minute 45 each side, or 2 minute 15 respectively to cook the inside more thoroughly. i did this and it made the inside as flakey as the outside and really made the butter show more, it also didnt burn the outside, so keep it low and let it cook through and through and i promise itll taste 100% better. also, shredded chees, hummus, guac, refried beans, soups, tuna, sammies, are all good to make with these. these are great for when broke
