Thank you; I tried this but it did not turn out right. The next day they started melting and my house is 65F. Maybe my proportions were wrong. Is it a Cup of Orange Juice pre-straining or post-straining? How long do you cool in wrapped plastic? Just curious, do you use the pulp after straining?

Don't "waste" your oranges for this toxicity in your body! Drink the orange juice, instead! Granulated sugars can destroy the epidermis of the organs inside your body, most especially the esophagus! Please do not destroy the "perfect" body God gave you by eating granulated sugars!!!
