Not only is Ina a great cook, she is also seem like a lovely lady. Jeffrey is a very lucky man to be blessed and married such a wonderful woman. I pray my sons and grandsons be as blessed.

Could you substitute 4 boneless chicken breasts (with skin on ) instead of the whole chicken? I think I will try that and find out! I am also wondering what to substitute for the white wine. Hmmm will have to research that! Thanks, Ina ! You have been my "go to" since forever !

I've made skillet lemon chicken several times and the recipe is a real pleaser. It's a great presentation to serve it right in the skillet, and it tastes great. Another Ina home run!
