It’s in so many products that I have been using. Protein powder, ice cream bars, condiments, etc. I don’t use these products often, but with the recent reports about erythritol causing blood clots, I’ve cut them out for the most part. I have been looking for alternative sweetened with monk fruit or stevia, but most of those also contain erythritol.
