I feel like the original recipe doesnt have enough fresh tomato fruit to cut the brine of the feta. I agree about keeping the pasta water and if you forget just use a splash of cream or milk. It is a nice recipe! Very tasty and very easy. If you have parmesan on hand it too goes nicely for variety
