140g bread flour

1/2 teaspoon, 2g dried yeast

14g granulated sugar

100g cold milk

1/2 teaspoon mild olive oil or 10g/15g salted butter, softened

—First fermentation for 30 minutes, after shaped the buns, second fermentation for another 30 minutes—.

black and white sesame seeds

—No preheat air-fryer oven 130/150°C and bake for 20 minutes—.
