This recipe is awesome, made it a few times now – satisfying and tasty. Don't be afraid to put a nice big handful of fresh spinach in there, as it will wilt and mix right into the sauce. I also like to stir in a sliced, cooked chicken breast. Also, I just found at my local supermarket a sodium-free condensed cream of mushroom soup (Campbell's makes it), which is better, as it gives you more control of the seasoning (saltiness) of the dish.
