How different between using all purpose flour and bread flour?😊

I made this by hand today (kneaded for about 50 min by hand) and baked it for 30 mins at 392F. It came out good, except that it came out salty. If attempting this bread use 1 tsp of salt, not 1 tbsp. Can't really tell with jam tho so for a first attempt at making bread this came out good (I brushed the top with an egg wash before baking)

In the description, you might want to change "all-purpose flower" to "Bread flour", as you mentioned "強力粉" in the Japanese recipe.
Also, "butter,softened" should be "softened unsalted butter".

Very excellent demo of the cooking video, it is perfect if the menu " 300g all-purpose flower" changed to "flour"

It says to preheat the oven, but not to what temperature.
There is no way the bread looks like that without an egg wash, or something similar, which is not indicated.
