I have served this dish with diced potatoes, carrots, and celery with a light butter seasoning. I don’t think my roast was as beautiful but it tasted delicious.

I have just found your channel tonight and it’s now 1:15 am, I am so impressed with your cooking and baking and you make everything seem so simple and fun! I can not wait to try all these recipes, my son in law is from the south and he’s always talking about collard greens and I’ve always wanted to try them but now I think I’m going to surprise him and make a nice southern dinner for him and my daughter next time they come to visit!! Your peach cobbler and Mac and cheese look amazing as well and I believe I will be binge watching your channel the rest of the night and many other shows you have until I watch them all, you are amazing !
