This was delicious with mashed potatoes!!! I helped my BF make it by setting out all ingredients at your recommended amounts and it helped him seamlessly put this together. I think the only thing I’d change is figuring out how to make the steaks more tender.

Why do you cook whole pork shoulder steaks for only 1/2 hr yet your other recipe for small ‘diced’ pork shoulder casserole you cooked for 21/2-3 hours. Surely it should be the other way round?
