I would first cut and peel 3 or 4 potatoes and put it in a microwave and then cut up an onion (dice) put either butter or olive oil and start to brown them and then take it out and put it in a bowel then cook 1.5 or 2 lbs of 80/20 hamburger meat salt and pepper then drain but leave some in the pan then put the bowel of potatoes and onions in the fry pan with the meat and mix it all and the you can put a Little cheese if you want or not and while cooking it open a can of Bisquick's and when done it is really good you can always trust a Big Guy hahahaha. I cook alot for family and friends they all love the food That I cook and skinny people really don't know how to cook that's why they are skinny LOL . try it you will love it
